Job summary

BAYADA is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients at home in Odessa, MO and surrounding areas. Roles offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities to build hours with part-time/PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Ability to perform daily living activities for clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with medication as directed and manage home care tasks.

• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
• *available hours to vary by location.

Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
