Job summary

Senior Lifecare and Family Agency LLC is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs), CNAs, and HHAs to deliver in-home senior care. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, and document services.

Training opportunities are available, and a patient, reliable caregiver is valued. We welcome applicants with or without prior caregiving experience, with or without current certification; CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Current PCA, CNA, or HHA certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, or nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting clients with mobility when necessary.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR certification is a plus, but not required.

Senior Lifecare and Family Agency LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care services to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.

As a PCA, CNA, or HHA, you will play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing companionship and support. We are looking for individuals who are patient, reliable, punctual, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
