Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience in teller or customer service or equivalent cash handling.
• Solid math skills for counting cash.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Represent the credit union to members in a courteous, professional manner while processing transactions.
• Inspect checks and deposits to verify negotiability and customer identity.
• Process cash, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies; ensure security and compliance with policies.
• Cross-sell credit union products to meet member needs and enhance service quality.
