Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Must have one successful pregnancy.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Receive medical, legal, and emotional support through the surrogacy process.
• Work with a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency support line.
• Participate in monthly support meetings for surrogates and community.
