Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 39 years old.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Undergo medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the surrogacy journey.
• Collaborate with the agency to ensure payments are received on time and process is smooth.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with your dedicated case manager.
