Location: Williston, VT
Schedule: Monday–Friday + On-Call Rotation (1 week/month)
Pay: Hourly + Bonuses + Overtime

What You’ll Do

• Respond to water, fire, and mold emergencies in homes and businesses
  
  
• Set up drying equipment and remove damaged materials
  
  
• Perform cleaning, demolition, and light construction work
  
  
• Take photos, fill out mobile reports, and interact with customers
  
  
• Be part of an on-call rotation (paid extra) — usually 1 week/month
  
  

Top Candidates Will Have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8+ hours
  
  
• A team-oriented, can-do attitude
  
  
• Comfort with physical, hands-on, sometimes messy work
  
  
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, moving, or restoration a plus
  
  
• IICRC or other certifications are great — but we’re happy to train the right person
