We are seeking a Transcend: Transportation Process Integration Manager to join our team in Titusville, NJ, or other specified locations. This role supports the Global Business Transformation Program, Transcend, which aims to modernize and harmonize our ERP processes for growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead logistics transportation process mapping for supply chain growth and solution design.
• Collaborate with business teams to map process steps and develop strategies for global logistics templates.
• Support the ERP process, drive standardization, and act as a change champion within the logistics community.
• Maintain business process knowledge, support testing, training, data migration, and organizational change activities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. Certifications in PMI / FPX, Green/Black Belt are a plus.

Experience and Skills: Minimum 6 years in supply chain, transportation, or related fields; experience with ERP/TMS systems, project management, and global projects. Preferred: Lean Six Sigma, JIRA, SharePoint, Business Optix. Proficiency in English required. Up to 25% travel expected.
