Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transportation Process Integration Manager to join our team. This role involves leading logistics process mapping, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting global ERP initiatives, and driving process standardization and innovation within our supply chain. The position requires extensive project management, system implementation, and process documentation experience, with a focus on the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead logistics process mapping and solution design for supply chain growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams to map process steps and develop strategies for global logistics standardization.
• Support ERP process design and drive adoption of standardized processes.
• Act as a change champion to promote process harmonization.
• Maintain business process knowledge and facilitate training and documentation.
• Support testing, deployment, and organizational change activities during ERP implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred in engineering, supply chain, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems, project management, and global projects.
• Proficiency in process mapping, business scenario planning, and tools like JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite/hybrid role with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $172,500, including performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. The role supports Johnson & Johnson’s commitment to an inclusive, diverse workplace.
