Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff seeks a dedicated SICU nurse to join its internal staffing team at Johns Hopkins Health System and partner hospitals. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced SICU environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate programs serving hospital inpatients, outpatients, families, and staff, delivering evidence-based care per nursing process and Johns Hopkins policies.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members to ensure quality, safety, and excellence in patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support program initiatives that improve quality and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives across clinical, financial, and operational areas.
• Initiate and engage in research activities relevant to the specialty.
• Foster a clinical environment of service excellence reflecting Johns Hopkins values.
