C & B Operations in the Midwest region is offering a full-time apprenticeship opportunity that blends work in our shop with structured training to become a John Deere-certified technician. You'll earn while you learn and gain hands-on experience with tractors and equipment.

Travel to Mitchell, SD for in-class instruction one week each month, with travel, lodging and meals provided. After 2–3 years, you'll be prepared for advanced roles and promotions within our network.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on John Deere agricultural equipment.
• Work with diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, and precision ag technology.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Learn professional shop procedures and safety practices.
• Work alongside experienced technicians who mentor and train.
