Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Joint Operations Center Watch Officer in Doral, FL to support the SCOPES program and USSOUTHCOM. You will monitor multi-domain activities, fuse information from diverse sources, and produce timely reports for senior leaders.

You will serve as central coordinator during routine operations, exercises, crises, and contingencies, using C2 systems and military messaging tools. Mentoring junior watch personnel and ensuring continuity of operations are key

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of military experience supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, Service Component HQ, JOC, or equivalent.
• Experience on a Joint Operations Center or watch floor supporting 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess multi-domain operational activities to maintain an accurate operational picture.
• Collect, analyze, and fuse information from diverse sources to identify significant events and impacts.
• Prepare, coordinate, and deliver timely reports, executive summaries, and briefings for senior leaders.
• Serve as central coordination point during routine operations, exercises, crises, and contingencies.
• Utilize C2 systems and military messaging tools to support decision-making and situational awareness.
• Coordinate across staff directorates and external organizations to keep reporting accurate and synchronized.
• Mentor junior watch personnel and contribute to continuity of operations and best practices.
