Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a JOC Intelligence Analyst to support Fort Bliss operations in El Paso, TX. You will perform all-source intelligence analysis to support JOC decision-making and ISR missions, including FMV PED and network development.

Responsibilities include producing briefs and assessments for leadership, maintaining analytic databases, and ensuring timely dissemination of actionable intelligence during missions and planning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Experience supporting ISR missions and FMV analysis.
• Familiarity with PED processes and dissemination.
• Experience in target and network development.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-source intelligence analysis to support JOC operations.
• PED and analyze FMV to support ISR missions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to identify threats and trends.
• Create intelligence products, reports, and briefings for leadership.
• Develop targets and map relationships within threat networks.
• Coordinate collection planning with ISR and operations teams.
• Provide real-time intelligence during missions.
• Maintain databases and analytical tools per security requirements.
• Disseminate timely, actionable intelligence for planning.
• Contribute to mission planning, threat assessments and after action reviews.
