Job summary

Culmen International is seeking HUMINT/CI Mission Support to bolster operations at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. You will conduct All-Source analysis and draft actionable intelligence products to support interdiction and investigative efforts.

The role requires close collaboration with field teams, law enforcement partners, and interagency staffs, ensuring compliance with regulations, deconfliction of HUMINT activities, and timely executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in HUMINT/CI or All-source intelligence.
• Certification: Government CI, HUMINT or All-source MOS or equivalent program.
• Defense-related training such as DSDC or HUMINT MOS qualification.
• Ability to analyze information from human sources to identify threats.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct All-Source Analysis and produce finished Intel products.
• Draft targeting packages and operational leads for HUMINT operations and interagency coordination.
• Draft, review, and publish finished all-source intelligence products for command staff and partners.
• Advise on alignment of field collection with PIRs, ICRs, and SDRs.
• Provide technical advisory support for HUMINT collections and deconfliction.
