Job summary

Venatôre seeks an experienced Joint Operations Center (JOC) Information Management Cell Engineer to support USCENTCOM CCJ3 at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. This onsite role designs, integrates, maintains, and optimizes information management systems, collaboration platforms, and COP displays to ensure 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has DoD/federal experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and strong skills in SharePoint, Power Platform, and C2/COP environments, enabling secure information flows across

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in information management or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting a Joint Operations Center, military operations center, command post, or comparable mission-critical environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint administration and development.
• Experience operating in classified and unclassified networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, administer, and maintain JOC information management tools, including SharePoint sites, collaboration portals, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Analyze operational information flows and translate commander and staff requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain information management processes, data standards, and records management procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve information accessibility, workflow efficiency, and operational decision-making through technology enhancements.
• Coordinate with J6, network operations, and system program offices to resolve issues and sustain mission-critical capabilities.
