Job summary

Venatôre seeks a Global Command & Control System (GCCS) Field Service Representative to support USCENTCOM at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. This onsite role requires expert GCCS-J COP operations, system administration, and 24/7 watch capabilities to ensure accurate battlespace awareness across US and Coalition networks.

The ideal candidate will travel internationally for forward deployments (60–120 days), perform advanced troubleshooting, and provide direct customer support to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of directly relevant experience, or 8+ years without a degree.
• Expert knowledge of GCCS-J COP/CTP management and related tools.
• Experience in joint operational environments and GCCS-J systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate GCCS-J COP and manage the USCENTCOM Common Operational Picture.
• Act as SME for GCCS-J COP in a 24/7 watch environment.
• Maintain GCCS COP databases across multiple networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GCCS-J systems.
• Coordinate data links and information exchanges across GCCS-J COP sites.
• Develop and deliver operational briefs and reports.
