Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel to various assignments and program locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to clients participating in Jobs & Day Training services.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, and support team.
• Assist clients toward employment, vocational, life-skills, and personal development goals.
• Encourage client independence and integrated community participation.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and develop individualized program plans.
• Gather and maintain required client information and reports.
