This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Alexandria, VA. The Job Title will support the delivery of True Lacrosse programs by working directly with athletes, families, and staff to ensure a positive, well-organized training and competition environment. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with practice planning and execution, coordinating events and schedules, communicating program information to participants, and maintaining accurate records and registrations. The role will also help uphold True Lacrosse’s mission and pillars by modeling professionalism, reinforcing core values, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere. Collaboration with coaches, administrators, and local partners will be essential to promote program growth and enhance the overall athlete experience.
