Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lacrosse Instructor to lead and support player development through engaging practices and skill‑building sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire young athletes in a positive and structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct lacrosse training sessions focused on skill development, game strategy, and physical conditioning.
• Teach fundamentals including passing, shooting, defense, and positioning.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to players.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Schedule

Weekday evenings: Monday‑Friday, 4 pm‑9 pm.

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday between 9 am‑3 pm.

Instructors can set flexible schedules based on availability, but a consistent weekly commitment is preferred.

Opportunities for additional hours during clinics, camps, and tournaments.
