Torrey Holistics in Uniontown, PA is seeking a seasoned CNC Milling Technician Setup & Prototype to join a tight-knit job shop. You will own full setups on Haas VMCs, read blueprints, and drive parts from CAD/CAM to tolerance while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced environment but with hands-on guidance and opportunities to mentor peers. The role requires independence after learning customer workflows and a strong focus on precision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining with strong mill setup experience.
• Haas VMC background strongly preferred; job shop experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with G-code, offsets, tooling, troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Full setups on Haas VMCs; adjust offsets, make basic program edits, and select the right tooling.
• Read blueprints/technical drawings and work from CAD/CAM outputs to hit required tolerances.
• Switch gears quickly as priorities shift; keep small batches and custom parts moving.
• Inspect work using GD&T; maintain a clean, safe, organized area.
• Diagnose issues—setup, tooling, quality, or machine—and resolve them.

• Haas VF-4 and VF-11 are your daily drivers; occasional variety across industries keeps things interesting.
• Not an entry-level operator jobyoure setting up, running, troubleshooting, and delivering quality with minimal oversight.

What Youll Tackle

Schedule & Compensation

• First shift, MondayFriday, 6:30/7:00am3:30pm
• $30$35/hour, negotiable based on experience
• Overtime: typically 210 hours most weeks
