What you’ll tackle
  • Run independent setups on established CNC milling jobs—vises, fixtures, tooling, holders, and probes included.

  • Monitor machine performance; resolve process issues to protect quality and throughput.
  • Support production schedules; promptly communicate delays or concerns to supervision.
Own the quality
  • Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Confirm parts match blueprint specifications and customer requirements.
  • Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming material.
  • Complete all quality and production documentation; follow ISO/IATF procedures and standards.
Partner and improve
  • Collaborate with operators, quality, supervisors, and machinists.
  • Help train newer operators and setup techs; support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Recommend changes that reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Safety matters
  • Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow safe machining practices and all company procedures.
  • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment concerns immediately; know E‑stop procedures.
What you bring
Required

  • Reliable transportation, dependable attendance; able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred
  • Experience on vertical and multi‑axis machining centers.
  • Familiar with Fanuc or Haas controls.
  • High‑volume production machining background.
  • Experience with JobBOSS or similar systems; exposure to lean/CI.
