The Southern Border & Cross-Border Solutions, part of FedEx, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape cross-border logistics products. You will lead collaborations with customers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to drive growth and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
You will apply user-centered design, build roadmaps, and guide complex programs from concept through implementation while measuring success through business outcomes in a fast-paced FedEx environment.
The Southern Border & Cross-Border Solutions is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive growth within the Southern Border and Cross-Border Logistics market. This role partners with customers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver innovative customer-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong cross-border logistics expertise, project and program management experience, and a proven ability to execute complex initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent* in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.

This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Miami, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
Travel required based on business and customer needs.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent directly related experience.
Minimum Experience:
7+ years in product management, industry verticals solutions, or related roles with a proven track record of insights impacting product outcomes. An advanced degree may substitute for experience.
