Job summary

Mr. Plumber is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to partner with Home Depot and bring high-quality water treatment solutions to store members.

You will engage shoppers in friendly conversations, explain the benefits of our services, and schedule appointments for our service consultants. You will work from inside the Home Depot, with industry-leading pay and commissions, health benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Requires strong in-person communication and ability to engage customers in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mr. Plumber and Home Depot partnership by engaging shoppers in conversations about water treatment options.
• Work from inside Home Depot — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Start conversations with members, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and store managers as the face of the partnership.
• Educate customers and staff about the program and value of clean, treated water.
• Track goals and participate in ongoing training and support.
