Work World is the largest specialty retailer of workwear and work boots in the Western U.S. We operate 30+ stores across California, Nevada and Washington.

This part-time Retail Team Member role is in Sacramento, CA, focusing on a positive customer experience while supporting store growth. You’ll help customers with product information, handle questions in person and over the phone, process sales, stock shelves, and assist the team in meeting daily sales goals with friendly, professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.

Schedule: Part-time

Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 (DOE)

Location: Sacramento, CA
