Job summary

Work World in Salinas, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and process transactions. You’ll help customers with product information, answer questions in person and by phone, and maintain store presentation.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, stock upkeep, accurate pricing, and contributing to daily sales goals while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation: $16.90-$18.50 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing
