Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to drive memberships and retail sales in a fast-paced studio environment.

You will answer phones, book appointments, greet guests, and make outbound calls while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere. This role offers full- or part-time schedules, ongoing training, and performance-based incentives.

• Experience promoting and selling memberships and retail products.
• Excellent phone manner and guest service skills.
• Outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the studio; this is a key holder position.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products.
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests enthusiastically.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to guests daily.
• Maintain a friendly environment and assist guests with questions and needs.
• Maintain lobby and studio public areas; keep them clean and organized.
• Collaborate with Lash Consultants to achieve sales goals.

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:

In this role you will:

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guests
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and work well with other Lash Consultants
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
