Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to help guests select memberships and retail products, answer calls, book appointments, and greet every visitor.

You will contribute to a welcoming studio environment, uphold cleanliness, and achieve a Membership Sales Closing rate of 40%+ while enjoying paid training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must understand the sales process and be able to engage customers effectively.
• Personable, outgoing, motivated, and able to operate independently.
• Ability to open/close the studio; this is a key holder role.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products.
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, greet guests, and follow up via texts/emails.
• Create a friendly environment and promptly respond to customer questions and needs.
• Maintain lobby and studio cleanliness and organization.
• Support sales closing targets and collaborate with other Lash Consultants.

In this role you will

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guestsMake outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and work well with other Lash Consultants
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
