Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative in Chicago. You will promote memberships and retail products, answer calls, schedule appointments, and warmly greet guests to create a welcoming experience.

Your role includes hitting a membership sales closings target, supporting ongoing promotions, and maintaining a tidy lobby and studio area. Full and part-time options are available, with training and incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting and selling memberships and retail products is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.

In this role you will

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guestsMake outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and work well with other Lash Consultants
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas

• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
• Ability to responsibly open and close the studio; this is a key holder position!
