CJS Home Services is seeking a Lead Plumbing Installer to oversee residential plumbing installation projects, including sewer and drain repair, while leading the installation team and ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

You will mentor apprentices, perform pre-job measurements, verify materials, test equipment, and document progress in ServiceTitan, delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Experience leading crews or supervising installation projects preferred.
• Knowledge of sewer and drain repair, pipe bursting, and open-trench plumbing techniques preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical examination.

Lead Plumbing Installer

The Role

CJS Home Services is seeking a Lead Plumbing Installer to oversee residential plumbing installation projects, including sewer and drain repair services. This position provides leadership to the installation team, ensures high-quality workmanship, maintains safety standards, and delivers an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee residential plumbing installation and sewer/drain repair projects
• Perform pre-job site measurements and ensure proper preparation for efficient installations

• Maintain and oversee company equipment used by the installation team
• Collect required job documentation and invoices upon project completion
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the crew and provide technical guidance as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate recommendations to leadership
• Represent CJS Home Services professionally and deliver an outstanding customer experience
