The Trades Manager will be responsible for managing workforce productivity, optimizing service operations, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Management

1. Hire, train, and develop HVAC technicians.

Project & Service Operations

1. Manage installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects.
2. Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
3. Oversee materials, tools, and equipment needed for field teams.

Customer & Business Development

1. Assess customer needs and provide expert service recommendations.
2. Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and upsell services.

Financial & Budget Oversight

1. Track job costs, labor expenses, and material usage to maintain profitability.
2. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high service quality.

Compliance & Safety

1. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and industry regulations.
