Plumbline Services is seeking HVAC Sales Consultants (Comfort Adviser) to join a creative, energetic team delivering top-notch customer service. Consultants design and sell HVAC options to homeowners, with earnings potential of $125K–$300K through warm leads.

You will drive new sales, perform in-home presentations, educate customers on promotions and high-efficiency equipment, and document recommendations. Exceptional integrity and customer focus are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years high-end sales experience.
• In-home industry experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image; results-driven.
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, crawl spaces and roofs.

Responsabilités

• Drive new sales for the company with referral-based opportunities.
• Perform sales presentations as outlined in the selling process.

Our Comfort Adviser's act as in-home advisers to consult, design and sell HVAC options to homeowners with the potential to earn $125K-$300K with warm leads.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standardsDetermine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales
• Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
• Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Attend appointments with customers as scheduled
• Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards

Qualifications
