Plumbline Services, Inc. is seeking HVAC Installers in Denver to join a team focused on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include installing and replacing HVAC equipment, designing ductwork, and educating customers on options while maintaining safe, efficient work. The role offers compensation of $70,000 to $80,000 yearly, with employer-sponsored health insurance for you and your family, a robust PTO plan, vision and dental plans, a 401K match, life insurance and disability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with refrigeration function and HVAC components.
• Type II EPA Certification is required.
• Must own HVAC installation hand tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of city codes and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and vertical splits and rooftop units.
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Keep stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment organized in the vehicle.
• Travel to job sites in the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule.
• Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency.
• Engage with homeowners to uncover concerns for accessory sales or system replacement.
• Process invoices and payments at the job site and electronically.
• Participate in training on customer service and latest technologies.
• Mentor apprentices and junior installers.

Plumbline Services is currently seeking HVAC Installers to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Installers serve the customers by educating them on the available product options, removing and replacing HVAC equipment as well as installing add-on accessories when needed while providing high quality work.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
• Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
• Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement
• Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.
• Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• 2+ years’ experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring
• Type II EPA Certification
• Must possess and maintain a basic set of HVAC installation hand tools and be proficient in the use of testing equipment, including but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers/nut drivers, sheet metal and ductwork tools, hammers, refrigerant gauges, manometers, magnahelic gauges, carbon monoxide detectors, psychrometers, and micron gauges. Candidates are responsible for providing their own required tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Working knowledge of city codes
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roof
