CJS Heating & Air, Inc. in Centerville, OH is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer. You will install HVAC equipment per safety rules, pre-measure sites, and connect systems while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2-5 years of lead install experience and an HVAC degree or trade certification, with a valid driver’s license. Outdoor work is expected in this position.

Pay:$25.00 - $45.00+/hour

(Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

Sign-on Up to $5k

What You Will Do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What You Will Bring:

• 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required)
• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
