Job summary

CJS Heating Cooling Plumbing in Centerville, IA is seeking a Lead HVAC Install professional to join our team. You will install HVAC equipment per safety rules, work with customers, and ensure proper pre-measurement and documentation to meet company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of lead HVAC install experience, HVAC degree or trade certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate and present to customers.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to company requirements.

Pay:$25.00 - $45.00+/hour

(Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

Sign-on Up to $5k

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications

What You Will Bring:
