Job summary

Champion Comfort Experts is seeking an Electrical Install Technician to perform residential electrical installations, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers on system needs. You will maintain truck stock, document work, and uphold professional conduct on every job.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of residential electrical installation experience, panel and meter pan installation skills, and strong customer service. Training and advancement pathways are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser installation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems.
• Identify and communicate electrical issues to customers.
• Educate customers on their electrical systems and needs.
• Maintain stock truck inventory for each job.
• Document work following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance on-site.
• Set up electrical service or installation calls as needed.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $100,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems, and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Identify & communicate electrical issues with customers
• Educate customers on their electrical systems, functions, and needs.
• Maintain a fully stock truck inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed

What We Need from YOU:

• 2-4 years of residential electrical installation experience
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser Install
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity
