Job summary

Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an Electrical Install Technician to perform residential electrical installations, diagnostics, and service calls. You will maintain truck stock, document work, and ensure safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

With 2–4 years’ experience, you’ll work in a structured team, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities for advancement in a growing company in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser install.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems.
• Lead customers to informed buying decisions and explain electrical issues.
• Educate customers on systems, functions, and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked truck for each job.
• Document work following company procedures.

Compensation:

What YOU Will Do:

What We Need from YOU:

• 2-4 years of residential electrical installation experience
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser Install
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
