Job summary

Champion Comfort Experts is seeking an Electrical Install Technician to perform residential electrical installations, diagnose issues, and guide customers to confident buying decisions. You will maintain truck stock, document work, and uphold professional conduct on all jobs.

With 2–4 years of experience, you’ll work on panel installation, meter pan installation, external service projects, and riser installs, while adhering to electrical codes and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser installation.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Must pass motor vehicle background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable and reliable.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems, and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Identify and communicate electrical issues with customers.
• Educate customers on their electrical systems, functions, and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked truck inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed.
