Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care division, seeks a part-time behavioral health therapist for home and community settings in Kentucky. The role focuses on Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities, delivered in homes or community environments, with supervision from a BCBA.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, progress tracking, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
