Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Forest Park, GA is seeking a part-time Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 treatment in home or community settings. You will implement treatment goals under a BCBA supervision and track progress, while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.

Responsibilities include delivering targeted interventions, communicating progress to supervisors, and collaborating with a team to support clients’ social and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis
