Job summary

Rockheating is hiring an Air Duct Cleaner to inspect and service residential ductwork in the Littleton area. You will remove dust and contaminants, operate cleaning tools, and ensure safety compliance while communicating clearly with customers about findings and outcomes.

The role offers an uncapped earnings structure, company truck for job use, and a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k) matching, and paid training. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Air duct cleaning/HVAC experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems to assess condition and identify issues.
• Remove dust, debris, and contaminants from ducts using hoses, vacuums, brushes, and blowers.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software such as Service Titan.
• Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
