Pacific Heating & Cooling is seeking an enthusiastic Duct Cleaning Technician in Washington state. You’ll clean and seal residential HVAC ducts using company trucks, operate hand and power tools, and provide clear recommendations to clients. HVAC Experience is not required, we will give you paid training, but Duct Cleaning Experience is preferred!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duct Cleaning/Sealing experience, preferred
Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
Perform duct cleanings on residential heating and air conditioning systems using our custom built duct cleaning trucks
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Demonstrate Respect, Compassion and Integrity when communicating with clients
Ability to communicate recommendations and services to our clientele
Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with Pacific Heating and Cooling’s quality and safety standards
Ability to demonstrate punctuality
Participate in weekly meetings for continuing training and development
This position is Monday – Friday, full-time, non-exempt, with possible overtime.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Quick, efficient and organized
Clean cut, appearance is neat and respectful
Passionate about the HVAC trade
Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record
Pass preemployment screening
Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite professional attitude
Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive attitude.
Attend all meetings and training
Adhere to codes, OSHA standards and all safety and handbook policies. Including maintaining and organizing company vehicles and property.
Highschool Diploma or GED required.
