Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead large-scale and strategic technology initiatives with executive visibility, overseeing project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management. This role requires an experienced leader capable of managing complex projects, driving successful outcomes, and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale IT software and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Facilitate Agile project execution and oversee project governance activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and service expectations.
• Provide regular project status reporting and executive-level communications.
• Support procurement activities, including SOW, RFP, and contract development.
• Drive project quality, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation outcomes.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing large IT software or infrastructure projects involving 50+ team members.
• Advanced experience managing Agile projects and delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Proven experience with vendor management and third-party coordination.
• Experience developing or contributing to Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, integrated systems, and competing priorities.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
