Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a dedicated individual to perform the duties of the line position and to supervise and instruct staff in daily department operations. The role includes participating in special projects and maintaining high quality food service.

You will promote teamwork within the healthcare team and carry out duties in line with the hospital’s mission. Education includes a High School Diploma or GED with preferred leadership experience; ServSafe or NIFI certification is required

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Previous leadership experience.
• Licensure: ServSafe or NIFI Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs the duties and responsibilities of the scheduled assigned line position.
• Instructs and supervises employees in the daily operation of the department.
• Participates in special projects and areas of expertise.
• Follows guidelines for maintaining a quality food service.
• Assumes area responsibility in the absence of the area supervisor.
• Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
• Performs all duties in alignment with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Position Summary:

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
