The role involves designing for websites, social posts, ads, brochures, posters, motion graphics, and video assets, with a strong emphasis on typography, color, and layout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer in media/entertainment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience creating graphics for digital platforms (web, social media, video).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for digital content including website banners, social posts, ads, thumbnails, and email templates.
• Create print materials such as brochures, posters, magazine layouts, and flyers.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing to design visuals that support articles and campaigns.
• Produce and edit motion graphics and video assets for digital and social channels.
• Adapt designs to meet various media formats and uphold brand guidelines.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies; collaborate with vendors for print production.

We're seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and help us enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and drive results through creative social media strategies.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and versatile graphic designer to join our dynamic media company. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging content for a variety of media platforms, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media. You will work closely with editorial, marketing, and production teams to produce high-quality designs that align with the company's brand and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital content, including website banners, social media posts, online ads, video thumbnails, and email templates.
• Create print materials such as brochures, posters, magazine layouts, and promotional flyers that align with the company's branding and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to design compelling visual content that complements articles, blog posts, and news stories.
• Work with the marketing team to design assets for advertisements, promotional materials, and brand campaigns across multiple platforms (TV, online, print, etc.).
• Produce and edit motion graphics and video assets for digital and social media channels, as well as multimedia projects.
• Adapt designs to meet the technical requirements of various media formats, ensuring the highest quality output across all platforms.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for editorial, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the media and entertainment industry.
• Work closely with external vendors, printers, and partners to ensure high-quality production of physical materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.) and Canva.
• Experience in creating graphics for digital platforms (web, social media, video, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to create motion graphics, video editing skills, or familiarity with video production tools is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of print production processes and experience preparing files for print.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and work under tight deadlines while maintaining creative integrity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design best practices.
• Basic understanding of post-production and editing software.
