Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from start to finish, including creation and dispatch.
• Communicate with clients and contractors, log interactions, and track progress per SLA.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and status updates for each job.
• Escalate issues to Motili management as needed to resolve delays or problems.
• Ensure timely replies to client inquiries within 1 business hour when possible.
