Friendship Community Care Inc. is seeking a Job Developer to join the Project SEARCH team. You will identify interns' strengths, interests, and abilities to guide career development and secure competitive, integrated employment.

You will collaborate with community employers, develop individualized employment plans, arrange training and coaching, and ensure supports and accommodations promote successful transitions to work. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write simple correspondence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with interns, team members, and employers.

Responsabilités

• Identify career interests and strengths of interns.
• Build relationships with community employers for job opportunities.
• Assist in creating Individual Employment Plans.
• Coordinate job placement, training, and coaching.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document hours and supervise interns safely.
