Qualifications

• Experience with job costing and franchise accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts including debits/credits and payroll processes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks.
• Maintain accounting records and financial documents for the franchise with CPA support.
• Enter timesheets and process payroll; support daily franchise operations as needed.
