Avita Property Management LLC in Mesquite, TX is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multifamily asset. You will drive operational and financial performance, manage rent collection, budgets, and vendor relations, and lead on-site teams.

The role requires 5+ years of multifamily management, strong customer service, and organization. You will calendar and conduct staff trainings, monitor maintenance, and ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff to meet goals.

• Provide top-notch customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Participate in resident retention activities.
• Monitor maintenance activities and inspect the property regularly.

The Property Manager is responsible for the complete operational and financial oversight of a multifamily property. Primary responsibilities include maintaining budgeted physical and economic occupancy, managing financial operations such as rent collection and timely invoice approval, formulating annual budgets and business plans, and overseeing all on-site staff, training, motivation, and maintenance activities. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years of multifamily experience as a Property Manager, with a focus on strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
