Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in business or industry.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Job Coaches through training and guidance.
• Meet with employers to maintain quality and identify training needs.
• Create and manage weekly schedules for job sites.
• Complete required reports and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with team members and employers.
