Qualifications

• One to two years experience in a related function.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driving is a requirement for this position with Vinfen vehicles or a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate employment training, contract work, program maintenance and community employment.
• Develop ISP/PSTPs and vocational profiles; manage a caseload and progress of clients.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical, educational and vocational programs and implement improvements.
• Collect data and conduct bi-monthly analysis; propose changes to rehab interventions.
• Meet with interdisciplinary team monthly to review treatment and goals.
• Work with clients individually and in groups to develop skills.
• Supervise Job Coach Is and assist training of staff and interns.
• Provide training and development activities as needed.
• Complete monthly progress notes and periodic assessments.
• Maintain program area and ensure equipment is used, cleaned and stored.
