PathPoint is seeking a PART‑TIME Job Coach Floater for the Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura areas. You will provide instruction, support, and supervision to adults with mild to moderate disabilities inside and outside the workplace. The schedule varies; flexibility for nights and weekends is required. Paid training and certifications provided.
You may be assigned to other programs in addition to coaching, reinforcing independence and self-sufficiency through individualized plans.

PathPoint is seeking a PART‑TIME Job Coach Floater to join our Employment Services team in the Camarillo, Oxnard and Ventura areas. As a Job Coach, you will provide instruction, support, and supervision to adults with mild to moderate disabilities inside and outside the workplace. The schedule varies; flexibility for nights and weekends is required. Paid training, First Aid and CPR certification are provided. In addition to coaching, you may be assigned to other programs.
Position pays $22.75 per hour (range $21.14–$23.36 per hour) plus mileage reimbursement. Benefits include paid sick time, 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer match, free Employee Assistance Program, wellness program with cash rewards, and housing assistance.
